Witnesses
For a legal wedding in Mexico, witnesses are required. If you are traveling alone or having a private elopement, don’t worry—we can provide witnesses for you to ensure your ceremony meets all local legal standards.”
Symbolic Ceremony
A symbolic ceremony in Cozumel is perfect for couples who want the romance of a Caribbean wedding without the paperwork. Often chosen by cruise ship passengers, these ceremonies allow for complete flexibility in vows and location. Many couples choose to do the legal paperwork in their home country and save the ‘big moment’ for the Cozumel shoreline.
After the Wedding
Once you’ve said ‘I do,’ we handle the processing of your marriage license. For legal ceremonies, we ensure your documents are properly registered and, if necessary, sent to you via certified mail so you can register your marriage in your home country.
